Creator behind the lens

Hello there,

I’m Edwin, creator of Roadside Narratives and lover
of traveladventures and photography. In a former life I
was a teacher. Then I discovered a raging urge to explore
more of the world. “temporarily retired” and cycling
through Europe.
Today I’m a photographer, writer and “adventurer,” and
just another human trying to put the messy pieces
together into an exciting and satisfying life. One of my
biggest joys is talking to and photographing “ordinary”
people like you (and me).
I won’t pretend all this is easy. I have a cranky knee and
hate being cold. Although i’m never cold.
